Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who meet all of the following criteria: signed informed consent; reference to China's BMI obesity standards for adolescents and young children of school-age children in China in 2004; aged 6 to 10 years old and 10 to 16 years old; each age group in each center was half male and female.
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a neoplastic disease (solid tumors in the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal or other body);
2. Congenital and genetic diseases associated with obesity (eg, Beh?tva-Syndrome, Ray-Monthan syndrome);
3. suffering from endocrine and metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, glycogenosis, Niemann-Pick disease, etc.);
4. suffering from serious heart, liver and kidney diseases (such as congenital heart disease, chronic hepatitis, nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, etc.);
5. Children with other known immune and rheumatic diseases who require medication such as corticosteroids.
