Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed T1D, T2D, and healthy controls.
Exclusion criteria: (1) Using varieties of drugs to control blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid and inflammation;
(2) Subjects deprived of personal safety and presence of any of the chronic diseases including stroke,myocardial infarction, other heart, liver, renal and respiratory dysfunction were excluded as progression of these in any stage mayhinder our study;
(3) Pregnant subjects and subjects with malignancy;
(4) Does not need assistance from the medical staffs to complete the survey.
