Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who are indicated for Nasya karma(errhine therapy)

2. patients having signs and symptoms of Avabahuka(frozen shoulder)Viz.Shula (pain),Stambha(stiffness),Bahuspanditahara (restricted movement ofshoulder joint),Atopa(crepitus)

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant women

2.patient continuing any other medication for avabahuka

3.patients suffering from hypertension, heart diseases,fracture or dislocation of shoulder

Health Condition 1: null- patients suffering from pain in the shoulder (avabahuka)
Intervention(s)
Intervention1: Evaluation of Nasya(errhine therapy) with Mashadi Siddha Taila in Avabahuka(frozen Shoulder): Nasya(errhine therapy) with Mashadi Siddha Taila with 8 drops is calculated as four ml in each nostril for seven days to reduce the symptoms like restricted hand movements and stiffness of shoulder joint and pain also
Control Intervention1: not applicable: not applicable
Primary Outcome(s)
patients relieve from all sign and symptoms of Avabahuka restricted movements of hand and stiffness in the shoulder joint and pain in 7 daysTimepoint: these symptoms would be evaluated after seven days of Nasya then after fifteen days and one month of first day of treatment
Secondary Outcome(s)
observed all sign and symptoms of avabahuka for 1 monthTimepoint: access all signs and symptoms of avabahuka just after seven days of Nasya then after fifteen days and one month from the first day of the treatment
