Inclusion criteria: Age group between 20 and 55 years including both genders

Chronic pain having not less than 3 score on Visual Analogue Scale


Exclusion criteria: Fractures, VBI, Tumors, Serious pathology and any cervical spine surgeries

Intervention(s)
Intervention1: Manual therapy: After categorizing the tissues into the respective group of dysfunction the appropriate treatment techniques based on the existing literature is applied which will include relevant manual therapy, conventional physical therapy and ergonomic advice as a home program
Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

VAS, NDITimepoint: prior to the treatment, every day for the first 5 days, once a week for the first one month and end of 3 months
Secondary Outcome(s)
ROM using CROM device, Pressure pain threshold using pressure algometer, number visits, photograph of the neck posture in a relaxed sitting position, number of recurrence in the next 3 months following treatment, Flexi ruler and unstructured interviewTimepoint: prior to the treatment, every day for the first 5 days, once a week for the first one month and end of 3 months
