Inclusion criteria: The participants will be hypertensive stage 1 and 2 subjects and normotensive subjects of similar age and sex.
Exclusion criteria: Ischemic heart disease, thyrotoxicosis, anemia, dyslipidemia, secondary hypertension.

Intervention(s)
Control Intervention1: Echocardiography, sympathetic skin response.: Echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular ejection force with the help of aortic acceleration time, maximum aortic velocity and sympathetic skin response with the help of EMG electrodes.
Primary Outcome(s)
Aortic acceleration time, maximum aortic velocity, left ventricular ejection force, sympathetic skin responseTimepoint: Assessment will be done only once i.e.at the time of first examination(0 month)
Secondary Outcome(s)
Left ventricular stroke volume, left ventricular hypertrophyTimepoint: Stroke volume by VTI and assessment of volume (EDV and ESV) in four chamber trans thoracic view.
