Inclusion criteria: AGE ABOVE 12 YEARS & OF BOTH SEXES.

PATIENTS WITH MODERATE TO SEVERE ACNE VULGARIS.

PATIENT WILLING FOR THE REQUIRED INVESTIGATION WITH A WRITTEN AND INFORMED CONSENT AND ASSENT(WHEREVER NECESSARY).

Exclusion criteria: AGE LESS THAN 12 YEARS.

PATIENTS NOT WILLING FOR NECESSARY INVESTIGATIONS.

Health Condition 1: null- Any patient diagnosed to have moderate to severe acne vulgaris willing to give pus from the acne lesions will be enrolled into the study after taking informed consent/assent.
