Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- The patient must have given his/her informed and signed consent

- The patient must be insured or beneficiary of a health insurance plan

- The patient has one or more of the following three diseases: (1) chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD); (2) type II diabetes; (3) atherosclerosis.

Exclusion Criteria:

- The patient is participating in another study

- The patient is in an exclusion period determined by a previous study

- The patient is under judicial protection, under tutorship or curatorship

- The patient refuses to sign the consent

- It is impossible to correctly inform the patient

- There is a need to take urgent therapeutic care in the opinion of the general
practitioner

- The patient has received within the past year, a full examination including Doppler
assessment of supra-aortic arteries, abdominal aorta and lower limbs; the patient has
received a measure of the ankle-brachial index at the toe.
