Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Anaesthesia residents in their 2nd or 3rd year of training

Exclusion Criteria:

- Hypertension

- Cardiac disease

- Endocrine disorder

- Use of beta-blockers

- Recent stressful or traumatic life events

- Pregnancy
