- Myocardial Infarction
- Dilated Cardiomyopathy
- Sinus rhythm
Exclusion Criteria:
- Malignant diseases seriously affecting the survival
- Conditions/diseases affecting the Autonomic Nervous System's function
- Dementia
- Alcoholism
- Psychiatric diseases
- Addiction
