Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Endoscopic diagnosis of active extensive ulcerative colitis

- Stool Calprotectin > 150 mcg/g

- CRP > 5 mg/L

- Signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria:

- Inability to preform total colonoscopy

- Marked abdominal comorbidities

- Prior abdominal surgery
