Inclusion Criteria:
- Clinical diagnosis of acute heart failure
- Admitted to the participating hospitals
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with acute heart failure who are discharged from the emergency room without
admission.
- Patients transferred from non-registry hospital
- Failure to obtain informed consent
