observation: Nursing home residents with moderate and severe dementia Nurses Kinaestheticstrainer
Informed consent of all participants
Exclusion criteria: Residents in a critical illness situation, Nurses do not know the residents

Group 1: Application of Kinaesthetics by nurses with people with dementia two weeks, and then application of Kinaesthetics by Kinaestheticscoaches two weeks each morning and every evening Group 2: Observation of nursing support in daily activities of life before intervention
