I. Warriner

I. Warriner has worked as a research scientist for the Department of Reproductive Health and Research at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. She received her PhD in Demography and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, and her Master’s in Demography from the London School of Economics, London, United Kingdom. Her main research interests are adolescent reproductive health, family planning, and preventing unsafe abortion. She is the lead author of two randomized controlled clinical WHO multi-centre trials on the provision of surgical and medical abortion by midlevel providers.
