Out-of-date RHL commentaries

This page lists discontinued RHL commentaries, which are published here for historical and archival purposes only. RHL commentaries may go out of date when the Cochrane review on which an RHL commentary was written is withdrawn or updated. If the author of the existing commentary is unavailable or unwilling to write a new commentary or update the existing one, the RHL editorial team may decide to get a fresh commentary written on the new/updated review, archiving the older commentary on this page.
