Following corrective actions taken by Ajanta Pharma Ltd and the clarifications provided being considered acceptable, and considering the outcome of an additional inspection on site from 30 August to 3 September 2009, WHO Prequalification of Medicines Programme has withdrawn the Notice of Concern (NOC) for Ajanta Pharma Ltd Paithan, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
