Confidentiality

All members of staff in the prequalification team are bound by confidentiality agreements. Appointed experts (assessors and inspectors) also have to treat all information submitted and observed during product dossier assessment and site inspections as strictly confidential, and proprietary to WHO, or parties collaborating with WHO in accordance with the terms contained in an agreement. They all sign a confidentiality agreement.
