Where should this information be submitted?

 

1)  Paper and electronic copies (CD/DVD) of the cover letter, application form and APIMF should be sent to:

and:

2)  Electronic copies (CD/DVD) of the cover letter, application form, APIMF, SMF and GMP evidence should be sent to:

    Active pharmaceutical ingredient prequalification

3)  Please note that the electronic copies of the APIMF, SMF and GMP evidence should be provided on separate DVDs/CDs.

4)  Responses to APIMF-related questions, updates and future amendments or revised APIMF versions should be submitted as per points 1) and 2) above, to both Copenhagen and Geneva.
