This new edition of registration guidelines is issued with the hope of coping with all the changes that have taken place in drug manufacturing, marketing, licensing, co-marketing, under-license manufacturing, contract manufacturing and registration requirements. In addition, the establishment of a central drug registration committee in the six Gulf States has created prospects for many changes in the registration process.
