8.4 Establishment of a Permanent Tender Committee

The participation of the representatives of the different medical stores and pharmaceutical authorities of the participating countries is essential for the functioning of this committee. This committee may originate from the CPCC. The decision of the committee will be required throughout the process:

• when establishing the tender documents
• during the opening of the bids
• evaluation of the administrative and the technical conformity of the bids
• financial analysis of the bids and award of tenders.
