This chapter describes how to calculate, analyze and report study result. Such analysis and reporting can take place at the facility, or at a higher administrative level. The use of the different data collection and consolidation forms are described. All the calculation and analyses can easily be done manually, but a computerized spreadsheet can also be used to enter the data, consolidate the results and prepare reports.
