(1985; 118 pages)

Abstract

This book provides an introduction to some of the legal issues relevant to the regulation of pharmaceuticals in developing countries and describes some of possible approaches to the establishment of a regulatory framework. It deals mainly with the aspects that are of immediate concern to administrators in establishing modest control systems to facilitate the availability of safe and effective drugs of acceptable quality at reasonable prices.
