To inform decision-making at the national and local levels, with regard to healthcare, there is a recognized to understand the pharmaceutical sector and health insurance system. This is because health insurance, reimbursement for essential drugs, capability, capacity of pharmacy outlets, and inspection of maximum price control of essential drugs needs to be monitored. The purpose of this study is to create and improve a beginning understanding of the reimbursement of essential drugs from the supply and demand sides.
