The Thirteenth GPW will take into account the new leadership priorities of the Director-General and the operational challenges faced at the country level. WHO’s vision is “A world in which all people attain the highest possible level of health” and the mission is to (i) keep the world safe; (ii) improve health; and (iii) serve the vulnerable. The attached Draft Concept Note towards WHO’s Thirteenth General Programme of Work 2019–2023 is being submitted to the Seventieth Session of the Regional Committee for South-East Asia for its consideration.|
