This publication is the report of the High-Level Preparatory (HLP) Meeting for the Sixty-ninth Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia. Delegates from Member States of the Region reviewed the Working Papers to be discussed at the Sixty-ninth Session of the WHO Regional Committee to be held in September 2016. During the meeting, the Regional Office staff members concerned made brief presentations and responded to issues considered during the discussions. For each of the Agenda items, the HLP Meeting made observations and recommendations for consideration by the Sixty-ninth Session of the Regional Committee.
