Delegates from Member States, along with staff from WHO country offices of the SEA Region, discussed and identified challenges for the management of international health activities at country level and the ways to address those challenges. Panel discussions were held on: aid management; global health initiatives; international health diplomacy; and collaboration with UN and other international agencies. A separate panel discussion was also held on the Nepal case study on coordinating the work of external development partners (EDP) and the Policy, Planning and International Cooperation Division of the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal.
