The Regional Director, Dr Samlee Plianbangchang officially opened the consultation and the Deputy Regional Director, Dr Poonam Khetrapal Singh chaired the "Question and Answer Session." Several Commissioners made presentations and the closing remarks were made by Dr Bill Foege on behalf of the Commissioners.
