The Meeting of the Advisory Committee (ACM) was requested to review the proposed subjects for the Technical Discussions and select the subject to be submitted to the Regional Committee for consideration at its Sixty-first Session. The ACM reviewed and discussed all the propsoed five topics for the technical discussions and selected the topic “Reducing the health effects of climate change” and rephrased the title as “Protecting human health from climate change”.
