Title: An overview of emerging foodborne and waterborne diseases
Authors: Bartlett, C.L.R.
Issue Date: 1996
Language: English
Abstract: Several foodborne and waterborne diseases have emerged in the past two decades as a consequence of changes in etiological agents, hosts and the environment.
