The Seventy-second World Health Assembly was held at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, from 20 to 28 May 2019, in accordance with the decision of the Executive Board at its 143rd session.¹ The theme for the general discussion in plenary meetings was “Universal health coverage: leaving no-one behind”.²
