Rio+20 Side Event - Next Generation Living: Exploring integrated solutions to NCD prevention and development

The NCD Alliance is co-organizing several side events in Rio de Janeiro during the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, Rio+20 (20-22 June 2012). Organized with the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, the Global Health Council, Novo Nordisk and Sustainia, presenters will highlight co-beneficial solutions that can be implemented in the workplace, schools and cities. There will be keynote remarks from Sir George Alleyne, EU Commissioner for Climate Action Ms. Connie Hedegaard, and other notable health and development experts.
