Born Too Soon: The Global Action Report for Preterm Birth
Launch date: 2 May 2012

Born Too Soon: The Global Action Report on Preterm Birth provides the first-ever national, regional and global estimates of preterm birth, raising the profile of this important newborn health issue on the political agenda. Its launch will also underline the relevance and urgency of the new UN Commission on Life-Saving Commodities for Women and Children and will further add to the drumroll for the forthcoming child survival summit and Call for Action, to be held in Washington in June.
