Child Survival: A Call to Action
14-15 June 2012

This summit will serve as a global Call to Action to end preventable child deaths. It will be co-hosted by high-level representatives from the U.S. Government and middle-income countries and co-convened by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon. The summit will proceed in two parts: 1) A high-level forum; 2) A global experts and scientific meeting convened by key partners to formulate and announce action plans in child health interventions focusing on issues such as immunization, newborn health and malaria. The event will carry a high profile through social media.
