 <p>Leaders from around the world will gather at US President Barack Obama's Camp David retreat&nbsp\;in the mountains of Maryland&nbsp\;for the 38th meeting of the Group of Eight (G8). Founded in 1975\, the G8 has served in recent years as a forum for world leaders to discuss critical issues affecting the global community\, including concerns about the global economy\, global security and global health.&nbsp\;The G8 comprises Canada\, France\, Germany\, Italy\, Japan\, the Russian Federation\, the UK\, and the US.</p>
