If you have a nationally representative or a sub-national dataset which could be appended to this database or additional data and information pertaining to surveys that fulfil the criteria and that are not yet included in the WHO Global Database on BMI, please complete the appropriate data-entry sheet and return it to bmidata@who.int together with any background information on the survey protocol and methodology.
